Karen was great to deal with, especially in this tight sellers market. Houses were selling in one day and well over the asking price. So when things came open we were quick to know about it and Karen was quick to work out the schedule to go see it. For the house we bought, I saw it in an email notice from her company at 10:30. I contacted her immediately and got on the schedule to see the house at 1:00. We put in a bid afterward. There were multiple bids, but ours was structured to bid ahead/outbid by $200 (up to a certain amount, that is). We got a call early the next morning to say they accepted ours. Karen was with us every step of the way.

Karen and Mike came to our home and gave us a realistic idea of what work should be done to secure a sale. After talking with them about what we could and couldn't do they set a price. It was the perfect price because even though the house was on a busy street, it was under contract in one week! The pictures really sold the house! They are both very professional and helped negotiate in our best interest on our current home in Greensboro. They also helped with inspections and at closing with us being in another state, they made our move less stressful. We highly recommend both Karen and Michael!
